Namun sayangnya bagi pengguna Windows Xp tidak bisa ikut mencicipi browser terbaru ini, internet explorer 9 ditujukan hanya bagi pengguna Windows Vista SP2 (x86, x64), Windows 7 (x86, x64), and Windows Server 2008 R2.
